District Rural Development Agency, Nandurbar office implements various central &state sponsored schemes.
Vision & Mission
Schemes implemented through District Rural Development Agency office mainly include Maharashtra State Rural Livelihood Promotion Scheme, Rural Housing Schemes. The work of implementing welfare schemes for families below the poverty line in the district is done through this office. The District Rural Development Agencyoffice works to alleviate the poverty of the families below the poverty line in the rural areas and raise their standard of living.
Objectives & Functions
Under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin from 2016-17 to 2024-205, total Target of 250460 households have been received and 100% beneficiaries have been approved, out of which 112867 households have been completed. 137593 households are incomplete .The aim is to complete the remaining incomplete households.

Beneficiary:
1. As per the guidelines of the Central Government, the cost of the houses has been fixed at Rs. 1, 20, 000. An amount of Rs. 1, 20, 000/- is provided as a grant for the construction of a new house.
2. While sanctioning the house, the first installment advance is Rs. 15,000 /-, the second installment is Rs. 70,000/-, the third installment is Rs. 30,000/-, the fourth installment is Rs. 5000/-. 3. The construction of the toilet also has to be completed during the construction of the house .
